House rules Pias Bahnhof

Dear holiday guests,

Our holiday apartment/house should be a second home to you. You should feel comfortable and be able to rest. We have put a lot of effort into the furnishings and hope that you will find everything you need. The following house rules are intended to help you enjoy a harmonious stay. We have also listed some rules that we hope you will understand. By treating the flat in an orderly manner, you will also help us to offer you and other guests satisfactory premises in the future.

General

If you find anything missing from the facilities or if you need help, please contact us in confidence. All things in the holiday apartment/house or on the balcony or terrace, or belonging to it, may and should be used by the guests. Please handle the entire furnishings and inventory with care and treat the rented property with care. Please ensure that your fellow travellers also comply with the rental conditions. We ask you not to bring any visitors.

Sports equipment

There is a separate room in our holiday apartment/house which is intended for storing your sports equipment. We therefore ask you to store your sports equipment and especially shoes, such as hiking boots, in this room during your stay.

Kitchen

Please take good care of the kitchen facilities and technical equipment. Since a dirty kitchen pleases no one, please put dishes, pots and cutlery in the cupboards only when they are clean and dry. Please do not place hot pots and other hot objects on the tables or worktop without a trivet. Always use a chopping board as a base for cutting. Please leave the interior of the oven and microwave in a clean condition.

Damage

No one damages things on purpose, but it can happen to anyone that something gets broken. We would be grateful if you would report any damage immediately so that we do not have to wait until after your departure for the final cleaning to discover it. The tenant is liable for damages to the amount of the replacement costs.

Airing

To avoid the formation of mould, we ask you to air the rooms sufficiently, at least once a day for 5-10 minutes and especially after showering.

Duty of care

We ask our guests to treat the rental property with care and to ensure that fellow travellers and relatives also observe the rental conditions. The entrance door should always be closed and locked with a key when leaving the house. Likewise, all windows are to be closed when leaving the flat to avoid possible damage due to storms or burglary. Water and electricity resources must be used sparingly.

Disposal

Waste is separated into residual waste, glass, paper and packaging with the green dot. Appropriate containers are available on the property. Please use rubbish bins and cosmetics bins in the bathroom only with rubbish bags and dispose of them closed in the residual waste bin. No rubbish, leftovers, harmful liquids or similar may be thrown or poured into the kitchen sink, toilets, washbasins or showers! Avoid anything that can lead to blockages in the pipes (no hygiene articles in the toilet).

Cleaning

Should you ever have a mishap (extreme dirt, liquids on the floor or work surfaces, etc.), we ask you to clean it up immediately. We ask you to leave the flat swept clean on departure and to put all used dishes back in the cupboards.

Quiet times

In the interest of good neighbourliness, we ask you to observe the public rest periods such as midday, night and Sunday rest. Out of consideration, you should also keep quiet in the holiday flat itself between 22:00 and 7:00.

Internet/WLAN

A wireless internet connection (WLAN) is available in the holiday apartment/house for a one-time flat fee. Please ask us for the access code. The use of the internet with your own WLAN-capable terminal (notebook, PDA, smartphone etc.) via the WLAN connection is free of charge for the tenant. You use the internet at your own risk, the landlord excludes any liability in connection with the tenant’s internet use. For the use of the internet access via WLAN, the WLAN usage rules must also be observed. However, please understand that we (have to) secure ourselves against misuse with a signature on your part.

Smokers

Smoking is not permitted in the holiday apartment/house. Please leave the holiday apartment/house or use the designated areas for smoking. Please dispose of completely cooled cigarette butts in the rubbish bin.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in the holiday home.

Parking facilities

You can park directly in front of the holiday apartment/house, other public parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity. If a parking space is made available to you, this does not constitute a custody agreement. The landlord is not liable for loss of or damage to motor vehicles parked or manoeuvred on the property and their contents, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

House right

In case of immediately necessary repairs, it may be indispensable for the landlord to enter the holiday flat without the guest’s knowledge.

Keys

Please never give the keys out of your hand. A loss of the keys has to be reported immediately and the guest is liable up to the amount of the replacement costs.

Liability

The landlord is not liable for valuables of the guest(s).

Arrival and departure

Arrival is by arrangement. On the day of departure, we ask our guests to vacate the holiday apartment/house by 11:00 a.m. at the latest. On your departure, the holiday apartment/house should look as you found it.

By booking the holiday home we assume that the house rules are accepted.
